Our take

Most pitcher filters do not seriously target PFAS; Clearly Filtered is one of the few that publishes testing for it. The brand's independent testing follows the NSF/ANSI P473 protocol and reports >99% reduction of PFOA and PFOS. Manufacturer-published filter life is approximately 100 gallons per cartridge (the brand estimates ~4 months for a 2-3-person household). Pitcher filters of this contaminant-removal class are documented in the category literature as having slower flow rates than less aggressive filters — that is the standard trade-off for thorough contaminant capture.
