Counter-notice: If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same email with your identification, the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction. We will restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Dispute resolution

If you have a dispute with us, please email [email protected] first. We will try to resolve it informally within 30 days. If we cannot resolve it informally, you and Stoa LLC agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Oregon or remotely, at your election.

Class action waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with us individually and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Entire agreement

These terms, together with our privacy policy, affiliate disclosure, and medical disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Stoa LLC regarding your use of VettedClean.com.
