Our take
The 2.0 fixed many of the heat-distribution issues in the original Always Pan. The ceramic coating is PFAS-free and the pan genuinely does what it claims — sear, sauté, simmer, bake (oven safe to 425°F), serve. Strong fit for small kitchens and people who do not want a full set. Coating still has a finite life — 2-3 years of regular use is realistic.
