Our take

Stainless steel is the original non-toxic cookware. Made In ships a five-ply construction (304 stainless inside and out, three layers of aluminum core) that runs even and lasts essentially forever. Sticky-egg learning curve is real — preheat with oil and you are fine. We use the 10-inch frying pan three times a week and the only maintenance is occasional Bar Keepers Friend.
