Our take
Heritage Steel is small-batch USA-made stainless cookware out of Tennessee. The Titanium Series uses 316Ti (titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless, with molybdenum for added corrosion resistance) on the cooking surface per Heritage's materials disclosure and an independent confirmation by Prudent Reviews. 316Ti is associated with lower nickel migration than standard 18/10 in published testing — relevant for readers tracking nickel sensitivity. Five-ply construction extends the aluminum core through the full wall (not just the base) per the manufacturer. No coating, lifetime warranty. (Note: earlier brand marketing referenced "21/0" — Heritage's current disclosure and Prudent Reviews' independent test confirm 316Ti.)
