Our take
GreenPan was the original ceramic-non-stick brand. The Valencia Pro upgrades the entry-level Thermolon coating with a more durable diamond-reinforced version. Aluminum core with hard anodization makes it tougher than the Caraway-class entry, and it is induction-compatible. Coating still has a finite life — expect 3-4 years of regular cooking before non-stick performance starts to fade. Like all ceramic, do not use metal utensils.
Pros
- PFAS-free Thermolon coating
- Induction compatible
- Tougher than entry-level ceramic
Cons
- Coating still wears over time
- Avoid metal utensils
- Premium price for full set
