Our take

GreenPan was the original ceramic-non-stick brand. The Valencia Pro line uses GreenPan's diamond-reinforced Thermolon Minerals Pro coating per the manufacturer — described as a more durable variant of their entry-level Thermolon. The hard-anodized aluminum body is harder than non-anodized aluminum (manufacturer spec), and the magnetic-base construction makes it induction-compatible. As with all ceramic-coated cookware, service life is finite — manufacturer guidance and the broader literature put diamond-reinforced ceramic non-stick performance in the 3-4 year range with regular use, with metal-utensil avoidance recommended throughout.
