Our take
Demeyere is Zwilling-owned Belgian cookware. The Industry 5 line is their value tier — five-ply 18/10 stainless construction per the manufacturer, with the cooking surface drawn from a single piece of metal so there are no rivets on the inside of the pan to trap food. Same build philosophy as their flagship Atlantis line at a lower price point. Magnetic base makes it induction-compatible per the product spec. As with all uncoated stainless, no service-life clock and no PFAS chemistry to wear off.
